医教研结合人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘    要:随着社会需求、医学模式以及医疗服务的变化,我国传统的医学人才培养模式面临着严峻挑战。广州医学院在办学实践中,广泛整合学校与医院、科研院所等多种不同教学环境和教学资源,充分发挥各自在人才培养方面的优势,探索医教研结合人才培养模式,通过“五个结合”,把对学生的基础知识传授、科研素养熏陶和实践能力培养等有机联系起来,取得初步成效。

Abstract:With changes in social needs, medical mode and service,the traditional training mode in China is faced with grave challenges.In practice, Guangzhou Medical University attempts to explore the training mode of integrated medical teaching and research by making extensive integration of various learning environment and teaching resources including universities, hospitals, and research institutes, giving full play to their advantages in medical students training. GMU establishes connection between basic knowledge instruction, scientific research education and practice ability training through “ Five-combination” and has achieved preliminary results.
