| 摘 要： | 用免疫组织化学ABC法和相邻镜像切片免疫双标记技术,对胰岛淀粉样多肽与甘丙肽在家免和大鼠脊神经节细胞内的分布与共存进行了观察.结果发现:在家兔和大鼠脊神经节存在胰岛淀粉样多肽与甘丙肽免疫反应阳性细胞.在相邻镜像切片上,胰岛淀粉样多肽免疫反应阳性细胞与甘丙肽免疫反应阳性细胞呈镜像式对应重叠,证实二者共存.胰岛淀粉样多肽与甘丙肽在脊神经节细胞内的共存,为进一步研究脊神经节细胞内生物活性物质间的关系提供了形态学证据,并为胰岛淀粉样多肽的胰腺外研究提供了新的资料.

| Abstract: | Islet amyloid polypeptide(IAPP) is a 37-amino acid peptide found in the pancreatic amyloid deposits of type 11 diabetic patients and insulinomas. Galanin(GAL), a 29-amino acid peptide, was isolated and extracted from the porcine small intestine. In this study, the distribution of I-APP or GAL-immunoreactive (IAPP-IR or GAL-IR) cells was mapped in detail in the spinal ganglion of the rabbit and rat by the immunohistochemical technique. Using the mirror sectioning immunohistochemical technique, co-localization studies revealed that IAPP-IR may be present in the GAL secreting cells in the spinal ganglia. Our study provided further morphological evidence for understanding the complex relationship between IAPP and GAL in the spinal ganglia cells. |
