| 摘 要： | 冠心病(CHD)病人免疫机能常处于紊乱状态,表现为体液免疫功能亢进、细胞免疫功能低下、T细胞亚群比例失衡、补体系统处于活化状态等.临床药物干预对调整冠心病病人免疫功能有着积极作用,其中中医药的干预研究较多,临床症状、有效指标的显著改善表明了中医药对冠心病病人免疫功能的调整作用.

| Abstract: | Coronary heart disease patients usually was in estate of immunity function disturbance such as sthenic humoral immunity function, lower cellular immunity function,proportion unbalance of T-cell subpopulation,and complement system in activation state.Medication intervention had active function to adjust immunity function of coronary heart disease patients.There were a lot of intervention study on TCM and there were notable reform in clinical symptom and efficiency index.It indicated that Chinese medicine had adjustment function to immunity function of coronary heart disease patients. |
