超声检查在体检中对脂肪肝诊断的医疗价值

目的探讨超声诊断在当前人群体检中的价值及其重要性。方法对于2011年5月至2011年11月在超声科体检的人群中诊断为脂肪肝的患者资料进行统计分析。结果在进行超声腹部体检的573人中，诊断为脂肪肝的98人，其中轻度脂肪肝76人，中度脂肪肝19人，重度脂肪肝3人。结论脂肪肝的患病率日益提高，超声对脂肪肝的诊断具有特异性、敏感性、无创性、快捷、方便、经济的特点，应在普通人群体检中大力开展。

The Medical Value of Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Fatty Liver in Physical Examination

Objective To explore the value and importance of ultrasonic diagnosis in the current population of physical examination. Methods The data of patients diagnosed as fatty liver from May 2011 to November 2011 in the physical examination of in the crowd in the Department of Ultrasound were analysed statistically. Results In the ultrasound abdomen examination of 573 persons, 98 persons were diagnosed as fatty liver, including 76 persons with mild fatty liver, 19 persons with moderate fatty liver, and 3 persons with severe fatty liver. Conclusion The prevalence of fatty liver is increasing. Ultrasound should be applied in physical examination of the general population due to its characteristics of specificity, sensitivity, non-invasion, quickness, convenience and economy for diagnosis of fatty liver.
