社区老年人糖尿病与牙周病相关性的调查分析

目的对社区老年人糖尿患者牙周病的情况进行检查，探讨老年人糖尿病与牙周病的关系。方法对社区111名患有糖尿病的居民进行糖尿病和牙周病的检查，分为牙周病组和非牙周病组，并对结果进行分析。结果111名糖尿病患者中，有61例（54．9％）患有牙周病，牙周病组患者的空腹血糖（8．10mmol／L）和CPI（3．30）均高于非牙周病组（6．98mmol／L，1．91，P〈0．05），而牙周病组患者的正确刷牙率（6．01％）要低于非牙周病组（9．67％，P〈0．05）。结论糖尿病患者牙周病发生率高，应加强口腔健康教育。

Analysis on the Relationship between Periodontal Diseases and Elderly Diabetes in Community

Objective To investigate the periodontal diseases in elderly patients with diabetes in community, explore the relationship between periodontal disease and elderly diabetes. Methods One hundred and eleven cases of elderly patients with diabetes in community were examined for periodontal diseases and divided into periodontal disease group and non-periodontal disease group, to analyse the results. Results Sixty-one cases （54.9%） had a variety of periodontal diseases in all 111 cases; the blood glucose and CPI in periodontal disease group （8.10 mmol/L, 3.30） were both higher than those in non-periodontal disease group （6.98 mmol/L, 1.91）, while the rate of correct brushing-teeth in the periodontal disease group （6.01%） was lower than that in the non-periodontal disease group （9.67%）; the differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion As patients with diabetes have higher incidence of periodontal diseases, strengthening oral health education is necessary.
