应用中西药相结合治疗肺结核的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨中西药相结合治疗肺结核的临床疗效。方法随机选择128例来我院就治的肺结核患者并随机分成两组(对照组和治疗组各64例),对照组采用强化抗痨方案进行西药治疗,治疗组则应用中西药进行治疗。对两组治疗的有效率进行比较分析。结果对照组64例,总有效46例,占71.9%;治疗组64例,总有效60例,占93.8%。结论中西药联合治疗肺结核有效率明显好于单纯采用西药治疗,且无严重不良反应。中西结合可以减少抗结核药物毒副反应,提高机体免疫力。有利于肺组织修复,对杀灭结核茵起协同作用,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis: Methods 128 patients of pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups: the control group (n =64) received the western medicine anti-tuberculosis therapy, while the treatment group (n =64) received the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment. The effective rates Of treatment in the two groups were comparatively analysed. Results There were 46 effective cases in the control group with the effective rate of 71.9%, and 60 effective cases in the treatment group with the effective rate of 93.8%. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment has a higher effective rate than only western medicine therapy with no serious adverse reaction. Integrated Chinese and westem medicine treatment can reduce the adverse reaction of anti-tuberculosis drug, increase body immunity, improve the recovery of lungtissue and have synergistic function for killing tubercle bacillus, which is worthy of clinical application.
