医学生见习阶段临床思维能力培养的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨医学生见习阶段临床思维能力培养的方法。方法反复运用临床典型病例,双向扩展实操训练;教授学生诊断过程中结合唯物辩证法,学会抓主要矛盾,处理好局部与整体、共性与个性、典型与不典型的关系;反复强调临床诊断思维的基本原则。结果见习生了解并掌握了临床常见疾病的诊断思维,并通过反复双向扩展实操训练逐渐过渡到独立思维。结论见习带教老师反复运用临床典型病例,双向扩展实操训练的练习方法提高了医学生的学习兴趣,是培养见习生临床思维能力的重要方法.

Abstract:Objective To explore the methods of the clinical thinking ability cultivation for medical students in clinic internship. Methods The methods included as follows: with repeated using of clinical typical cases for bi-directional expansion practical training; combined with the materialist dialectics, the students were treated with following education: focused on principal contradiction and dealt with the relationships between part and whole, universality and individuality, typical and not typical in the diagnosis process; repeated emphasizing of the basic principles of clinical diagnosis thinking. Results Medical students in clinic internship had understood and mastered the diagnosis thinking of clinical common diseases, and had a gradually transitional independent thinking by repeated bi-directional expansion practical training. Conclusion Repeated using of clinical typical cases and bi-directional expansion practical training can improve learning interest of medical students, which is the important method for cultivating the clinical thinking ability, cultivation for medical students in clinic internship.
