美沙酮维持治疗者的心理状况分析——基于南京市的调查

目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗者当前的心理状况.方法:采用一般自我效能感量表等对参与美沙酮维持治疗193例治疗者施测,进行统计分析.结果:(1)美沙酮维持治疗者自我效能感处于中等水平；大部分人有抑郁情绪；不论男女,述情障碍水平偏高；自尊水平偏低；对他人信赖度低；健康状况一般；拒绝自我效能感较高.(2)在自尊水平上初中学历组高于高中以上学历组(t =2.025,P＜0.05)；一年内有无固定工作的治疗者对他人的信任感存在差异(F=3.087,P＜0.05)；不同性别的美沙酮维持治疗者述情障碍存在差异,男性高于女性(t=2.13,P＜0.05)；接受强制性戒毒次数不同的治疗者抑郁心理存在差异(F=2.21,P＜0.05)；强制性戒毒次数和吸毒年限不同的美沙酮维持治疗者在拒绝自我效能感(正性情感维度)上存在显着差异(F=2.34,P＜0.05;F=6.16,P=0.000).结论:当前美沙酮维持治疗者心理状况不太理想.性别、文化程度等不同分组的美沙酮维持治疗者心理状态存在显著差异.

The analysis of the mental condition of the methadone maintenance treatment curers based on the survey of Nanjing

Objective： To understand the methadone maintenance treatment eurers＇ mental situation. Methods：Using the GSES scale testing the 193 methadone maintenance treatment curers, we make the analysis. Results： （1）The methadone maintenance treatment curers Self-Efficacy is around the middle level ; most of them have the feeling of blues; the alexithymia level is a little high; their self-esteem level is low; their reliability to other people is low; their health situation is common; effusing the self-efficacy is high. （2） In self-esteem, the junior middle school group is higher than the senior middle school group ; there＇ re difference between the curets who have the regular jobs with the curers who haven＇ t（ F = 3.087 ,P 〈0. 05 ） ;The men curers have difference with the women in alexithymia, men is higher than women（ t = 2. 13,P 〈 0. 05 ） ;there＇ re difference in blue feelings among the curers who accepted different times of the compulsive drug-free sobriety（ F = 2. 21, P 〈 0.05 ） ;there＇ re difference in refusing to self-efficacy among the compulsive drug-free sobriety and different years of taking drugs（F =2. 34 ,P 〈0. 05 ;F =6. 16,P =0. 000） o Conclusion：The current methadone maintenance treatment curer＇ mental situations are not ideal, there are much difference in their mental situation while in different sex and different cultural background
