对儿科实习护生临床用药知识的指导及效果

摘    要:目的了解实习护生在儿科实习期间用药知识的指导及效果。方法对2009年9月至2010年3月在儿科实习的22名护生进行用药知识指导,包括药理学基础知识,商品名药物归类,计算方法以及实际操作等四项内容。通过定期或随时抽查护生,比较实习护生在用药知识指导前后对儿科用药知识的掌握程度。结果指导后与指导前相比,实习护生对药理学基础知识,商品名药物的归类,计算方法,实际操作等用药知识掌握程度有显著性差异(P均〈0.01).结论对儿科实习护生进行系统的用药知识指导,可提高护生的安全用药意识,使护生基本能掌握儿科药物的正确应用和操作,提高用药效果,减少差错的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the guidance for nursing students on during the internship in pediatric department and the effect. Methods Tweenty-two nursing students from September 2009 to March 2010 in pediatric department were guided with drug knowledge, including basic knowledge of pharmacology, trade name drug classification, calculation methods and practice. The nursing students were checked regularly or at any time to compare the drug knowledge before and after guidance. Results In contrast to pre-guidance, the nursing students had better mastering on basic knowledge of pharmacology, trade name drug classification, calculation methods and practice after guidance, with significant difference (all P〈0.01). Conclusion Systematic drug knowledge guidance can make nursing students in pediatric department increase awareness of safe medication, correctly use pediatric medicine and properly operate, improve drug effectiveness and reduce errors.
