心脏瓣膜置换术后服用华法林抗凝指导及健康教育

目的探讨出院抗凝指导对机械瓣膜置换术后患者的重要性。方法对112例患者进行抗凝宣教、心理指导、饮食与用药指导及并发症的观察指导等健康教育。使其掌握心脏机械瓣膜置换术后服用抗凝药物华法林的方法及抗凝的意义，同时监测凝血功能的重要性和必要性。减少因服药不当导致的并发症，延长机械瓣膜的使用寿命。结果通过出院时的抗凝指导，112例机械瓣膜置换术后患者掌握了用药等方面的注意事项，提高了患者抗凝监测的依从性．减少了瓣膜置换术后并发症的发生。结论对人工心脏瓣膜置换术后患者进行抗凝健康教育，可使患者认识抗凝治疗的重要性。学会自我保健，能够减少术后并发症的发生，对延长瓣膜的使用时间、提高患者生命质量至关重要。

Nurses Participating Anticoagulation Monitoring and Health Education Following Mechanical Heart Valve Replacement

Objective To investigate the effect of nurses participating in anticoagulant management on the anticoagulation after cardiac valve replacement. Methods One hundred and twelve patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement during January 2009 to December 2009 received the health education and the nurses took part in the anticoagulant management for the patients and performed health education by way of providing them with health education pathway. Results The patients knew more about anticoagulant knowledge and the satisfaction degree was higher. Conclusion Participation of nurses in anticoagulation and their conducting health education by way of education pathway are good for the increase of anticoagulant knowledge, reduction of complications and increase of satisfaction degree.
