摘    要:目的 了解儿科不同层次护生在实习期间的心理健康状况。方法 采用龚耀先症状自评量表SCL-90,对在我科实习的126名护生进行问卷调查。结果 儿科不同层次护生实习期间SCL-90中人际关系敏感、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑等因子分均数高于国内常模,且具有统计学意义。结论 临床实习护生的心理健康不容忽视,并提出相应的改进措施,提高实习护生心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To assess the mental health status of nursing students in pediatric at different educational levels.Methods One hundred and twenty six nursing students in pediatric at different educational levels in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan University participated in the study.The mental health of them was examined using the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Results The scores of SCL-90 factors,such as interpersonal sensitity,obsessive-compulsive,depression and anxiety,were higher than the norm(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions We should pay more attention to the mental health of nursing students and appropriate countermeasures should be provided to assist nursing students to handle issues that constitute a source of stress in their psychosocial environment.
