摘    要:目的调查分析不同学历和职称临床护士的职业认知。方法对3所三甲医院的940名临床护士进行问卷调查,主要包括临床护士的基本情况及其对护理职业认知。结果不同医院、不同年龄阶段的临床护士在学历和职称方面存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义;副主任护师及以上职称中70%为大专及以上学历;主管护师职称中49.5%为大专及以上学历,护师职称中85.1%为大专及以上学历,护士职称中81.7%为大专及以上学历;不同职称的护士在职业认同、工作特点、工作满意度、工作氛围方面不存在差异,在优质护理行为上存在显著性差异;不同学历的护士在工作特点、优质护理行为、工作氛围方面不存在差异,在职业认同、工作满意度方面存在非常显著性差异。结论学历、职称是临床护士认知程度的重要影响因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the professional cognition of different qualifications in different titles of clinical nurses. Methods The questionnaire was conducted in three-top hospitals among 940 clinical nurses, mainly including the basic information of clinical nurses and their awareness of nursing career. Results Clinical nurses at different ages in different hospitals were remarkably different in their qualifications and titles, which had statistical significance. About 70% senior titles, 49.5% charge nurses, 85.1% nursing and 81.7% nurses had college and higher education background. Different titles of nurses had no differences in professional iden- tity, job satisfaction and work environment. However, there were significant differences in the behavior of high-quMity care. There were no differences for nurses with different titles, in work, high-quality care and behavior and the work environment. But there were significant differences in professional identity and job satisfaction. Conclusion The education background and job title are the important factors for clinical nurses' professional cognition.
