| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨上消化道出血的治疗方法。方法：对我院1995年至2003年收治的46例上消化道出血患者的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果：46例上消化道出血患者中，45例经过系统内科治疗后都不同程度得到缓解或痊愈，只有1例行外科手术治疗。结论：及时、系统的治疗是上消化道出血治疗的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To search the method of diagnosis and treatment for superior alimentary canal hemorrhage. Method: To analyse 46 cases superior alimentary canal hemorrhage from 1995 to 2003 in the Herbalist Doctor Hospital of Lei Zhou. Result: 45 cases have got effective treatment through systemtic medicine treatment,only 1 case had been operated after invalidation of medicine treatment. Conclusion:The early and in time diagnosis and treatment is the key to effective diagnosis and treatment for superior alimentary canal hemorrhage. |
