| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍改进的Madigan术式——结扎前列腺动脉Madigan前列腺切除术，展示一种更为完善的开放前列腺手术方法。方法 回顾性分析258例行预先结扎前列腺动脉Madigan前列腺切除术患者的临床资料。结果 258例行结扎前列腺动脉Madigan切除术患者术后除3例排尿困难外，余均恢复良好。无尿失禁、切口感染和术后出血。结论 结扎前列腺动脉Madigan前列腺切除术的疗效好、并发症少，但手术操作中尚存在一些值得注意的问题

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce Madigan prostatectomy with ligature of prostatic artery, a more ideal methodology of open prostatic operation. Methods Reviewed systematically the clinical records of 258 cases of Madigan prostatectomy with ligature of prostatic artery. Results Only 3 out of 258 cases reported dysuria after the operation. None had incontinence, infection or postsurgical hemorrhage. Conclusion Madigan prostatectomy offers better therapeutic effect and less complications. However, attention should still be paid to some problems during the operating maneuver. |
