羟氯喹联合光电治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效及安全性

摘    要:目的 观察羟氯喹联合光电治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法 回顾性分析2020年5月至2021年4月安徽省第二人民医院门诊诊治的92例玫瑰痤疮患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为研究组(n=48,口服羟氯喹+光电治疗)和对照组(n=44,口服羟氯喹)。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后玫瑰痤疮医师全球评分(PGA)、红斑、丘疹等症状及患者生活质量评分,比较两组患者治疗后临床有效率及不良反应差异。结果 研究组治疗有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(77.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗前后PGA评分、红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、脓疱、瘙痒评分差值高于对照组(t=13.247、4.818、12.182、4.133、4.527、4.756,P均<0.05);研究组治疗前后自我感知、情感功能、痤疮症状、社会功能评分差值均高于对照组(t=3.494、9.575、6.417、5.915,P均<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(9.09%),但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 羟氯喹联合光电治疗玫瑰痤疮对红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、脓疱、瘙痒等疗效显著,较单用羟氯喹效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of hydroxychloroquine combined with electro-optical synergy technique in the treatment of rosacea. Methods The clinical data of 92 rosacea patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. Study group (n=48) received hydroxychloroquine combined with electro-optical synergy technique, while control group (n=44) received hydroxychloroquine only. The scores of Physician''s Global Assessment (PGA), erythema, papule and other symptoms, and quality of life were recorded. Meantime, the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy rate was 93.75% in study group, which was significantly higher than 77.27% in control group (P<0.05). Compared with baseline data, the changes in the scores of PGA, erythema, papule, pustule and pruritus at post-treatment 4 months were more greater in study group than in control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction rate was 4.17% in study group, which was slightly lower than 9.09% in control group, with no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with hydroxychloroquine treatment alone, its combination with electro-optical synergy technique in the treatment of rosacea achieves better effect on erythema, telangiectasia, papules, pustules and pruritus, which is worthy of clinical application.
