退变性腰椎管狭窄症伴脊柱侧凸的手术治疗

目的探讨退变性腰椎管狭窄症伴脊柱侧凸(degenerativelumbarspinalstenosiswithscoliosis,DLSSS)手术治疗的方法与疗效。方法采用后路椎管扩大减压、植骨融合、椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗DLSSS患者15例。结果术后随访3～4年6个月(平均3年5个月),术后1年、3年临床疗效优良率为93.3%。结论后路椎管扩大减压、植骨融合、椎弓根螺钉内固定是治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症伴脊柱侧凸的有效手术方式。

Operative treatment of degenerative lumbar stenosis with scoliosis

Objective To evaluate clinical results of posterior spinal canal decompression,fusion with pedicle screw fixation for lumbar spinal stenosis with scoliosis(DLSSS).Methods 15 patients were treated by posterior spinal canal decompression,fusion with pedicle screw fixation.Results The follow-up period varied from one year to four years and six months(an average of three years and three months).The rate of satisfaction was 93.3% one year and three years after sugery.Conclusion Lumbar posterior spinal canal decompression and fusion with pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of DLSSS show satisfactory results.
