| Abstract: | In this paper, a complex natural antioxidant(CNAO) was studied. The results showed that CNAO could delay the oxidation of fish oil effectively and was better than natural mixed tocopherols, tea polyphenols and synthetic antioxidants such as BHA,BHT,PG. |
