| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立了头痛平胶囊中钩藤、白芍、川芎的薄层鉴别方法及芍药甙含量测定方法。方法 :采用薄层层析进行鉴别 ,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果 :本品中芍药甙平均含量为 1 1 5mg/ g,加样回收率为 97 7% ,RSD(% )为 1 80 %。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality standard of Touton gping capsule.Methods:The thin liquid chromatography was used to identify the four botanical drugs and the contents of paeoniflorin in Toutongping capsule were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The average c ontent of paeoniflorin was 11^5mg/g.The average recovery ratio and relative s tandard deviation were 97^7% and 1^80% respectively. |
