| 摘 要： | 本文用紫外分光光度法测定了甲硝唑片剂的含量,溶剂为蒸馏水,测定波长为319nm,在0.008-0.02mg/ml 范围内线性关系良好。相关系数 r=0.999,平均回收率为100.0%,相对标准差为0.32%。

| Abstract: | A method was proposed for the determination of metronidazole tablet by ultraviolet spectrophotometry in H_2O at wavelength 319nm.The calibration graph was rectilinear from 0.008 to 0.02mg/ml.The correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the average recovery was 100.0% and the relative standard deviation was 0.32%. |
