| 摘 要： | 目的探讨既往腹部手术史的妇科患者腹腔镜检查、治疗的可行性及操作技巧。方法回顾92例患者术中腹腔粘连情况及处理。结果92例患者有90例全部在腹腔镜下顺利分离粘连完成手术,无并发症发生。结论有腹部手术史的患者仍可选择腹腔镜手术,同样安全、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the practicability and significance of Laparoscopy examination and treatment in patients with histories of abdomen surgery.Methods The intraoperative situation of abdominal adhesion and treatment by laparoscopy were summarized retrospectively in 92 cases.Results The operations of dissecting adhesion by laparoscopy succeeded in 90 cases and without any complication.Conclusion Operations by laparoscopy can be performed in patients with histories of abdomen surgery,and it is safe and practicable. |
