| 摘 要： | 为探讨活血化瘀方治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性发作期的疗效。随机分为单纯西药组（60例）、活血化瘀方中药组（60例）,西药组给予常规西药治疗,中药组在常规西药治疗基础上加服中药,疗程2周至4周。结果：中药组总有效率93．3％,西药组80．0％,差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05,中药组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、喘促、心悸、紫绀、水肿等症状优于西药组（P＜0．05）。提示活血化瘀方配合常规西药治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | To observe the therapeutic effects of "Blood Activating and Stasis Resolving Decoction"in the treatment of the acute attack of chronic pulmonary heart disease,60 cases were treated by routine western medicines(control group)and another 60 cases were treated by the Decoction besides the western medicines(treatment group),with a course of 2 weeks.Results:The total effective rate was 93 3% in treatment group and 80 0% in control group, P <0 05;the relief of such symptoms as cough,expectoration,asthma,palpitation,cyanosis and edema was more obvious in treatment group than in control group( P <0 05). |
