| 摘 要： | 本文采用HPLC法测定头孢氨苄含量，以乙酰苯胺为内标，色谱柱为HypersilODS柱，流动相为甲醇－乙氰－0．01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（2：8：90），按内标法计算头孢氨苄含量。方法：简便，重现性好，灵敏度高，专属性强。头孢氨苄在0．26－10ug范围内线性良好（r=0.9999)，RSD＝0．57％。

| Abstract: | The Method can be used for the determination of Content of Cefalexin by HPLC. Internal standard of acetylcholine, A Hypersil ODS colum was used, with the mobile of methanol -acetonitrile-0 ^ 01mol/LKH_2PO_4 solution(2 : 8 : 90), Internal standard Determine the content of cefadexin, simple, rapid, sensitive and specific. Cefalexin was linear by HPLC. Within the range of 0. 26 10ug(r=0. 9999), RSD=0. 57%. |
