| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达在胃癌中的变化以及与胃癌临床病理间的关系。方法应用免疫组化法分析36例胃癌,12例正常胃组织中的VEGF表达。结果胃癌组织中VEGF阳性表达率为75%,显著高于癌旁组织23.5%(P<0.01)及正常胃组织16.7%(P<0.01),淋巴结转移组VEGF阳性表达率为87.5%,显著高于无转移组60.0%(P<0.05)及正常胃组41.7%(P<0.05),而VEGF与分化程度及TNM分期无关。结论VEGF表达高低可作为判断胃癌淋巴结转移与预后的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric cancer and its relation with the clinical pathology.Methods Immunohisochemistry method was used to detect the expression of VEGF in 36 cases of gastric cancer and 12 normal gastric tissue specimen.Results The VEGF expression of the gastric cancer was 75%higher than that the at gastric tissue 23.5%(P<0.01)and normal gastric tissue 16.7% (P<0.01) .But the date of the lymph nodes metastasis group was 87.5%, which was significant higher than that of the non-metastasis group 60.0% (P<0.05) and the normal control goup 41.7% (P<0.05).Conclusion The higher expression of VEGF in the gastric cancer may be used to evaluate lymph nodes metastasis and the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. |
