医院废物管理中存在的问题及改进措施

目的 了解医院废物管理中存在问题,减少医疗废物对环境的危害。方法 采用自行设计的问卷调查表通过质量控制(QC)小组活动,对住院部73名护士进行问卷调查,调查内容有：护士认为医院废物管理中存在哪些问题,护士对医疗废物分类的判断,被利器刺伤后如何处理。针对存在问题实施改进措施。结果 调查结果表明,医院废物管理存在不足有：废物分类不清,处置不够安全,废物筒距离操作地点较远,废物筒清理不及时。采取改进措施后,有效改进医院废物管理．为护士提供了便利．保障了环境的安全。结论 “改进医疗废物分类和管理”QC小组活动有效而科学地改进了医院废物的管理．但仍有一些问题需要进一步研究和探讨。

Defect in clinical waste management and its improved methods

Objective To find the defect of clinical waste management in hospitals and decrease the harm to environment. Methods 73 nurses of in-patient department were investigated by self-designed questionnaire through QC group activity. The content included problems in clinical waste management and judge of waste's categories in nurse's view, how to handle after being stabbed by acute waste. Aiming at existing problems some improved methods were performed. Results The results of questionnaire showed some defect in clinical waste management, including: unclear categories of waste, handling with waste not enough safely, and clean up garbage can not timely. After improved methods were performed, clinical waste management was improved efficiently, convenience was brought to nurses and safety of environment was guaranteed. Conclusion The quality control group activity of "improvement of clinical waste management and categories" improved clinical waste management effectively and scientifically. However, some pro-blems need to be explored and studied further.
