胞二磷胆碱治疗中、重度弱视的临床观察

目的：观察胞二磷胆碱治疗中、重度弱视后视力等指标的变化，评估其疗效和可行性。方法：将81例弱视患者，随机分成药物组，肌肉注射胞二磷胆碱；联合组，药物联合遮盖治疗；遮盖组，遮盖治疗加精细作业。严密观察各种可能的副作用。对视力等结果进行统计学分析处理。结果：药物组视力提高出现最早，但4月后呈下降趋势。联合组对各种弱视有效，视力能持续性提高。药物组和联合组视网膜光阈值有改善。治疗后三组视觉诱发电位P100波潜伏期均无改善。一例患者注射胞二磷胆碱后诱发癫痫。结论：胞二磷胆碱能提高弱视眼的视力，改善视网膜光阈值，胞二磷胆碱与遮盖治疗联合应用疗效较好。胞二磷胆碱可诱发癫痫发作。

The clinical observation of the treatment of the moderate and severe amblyopia with cytidine-5'''' -diphosphocholine

Objective:To observe the change of quotas such as vision acuity,fusion acuity etc after CDP-choline therapy,and evaluate comprehensively the curative effect and feasibility of it.Methods:Eighty-one amblyopic subjects were divided into 3 groups randomly:medical group with CDP-choline administration,combined group CDP-choline administration plus occlusion and meticulous work,occlusion group occlusion and meticulous work.Various kinds of side effects were carefully observed and all results were analyased statistically.Results:The appearance of the improvement of visual acuity in medical group was the earilest,but deteriorated gradually after 4 months.The combined group had improvements in all kinds of amblyopia,lasting throughout the observation period.Retina light sensitivity significantly increased in the medical group and combined group.The latency of the P 100 wave was not improved after the treatment in all of the three groups.Moreover,generalized tonic-clonic seizure was induced by CDP-choline administration in one subject.Conclusion:CDP-choline can improve the VA of amblyopic eyes,and raise the retina light sensitivity.CDP-choline treatment plus occlusion has a better curative effect.CDP-choline may induce seizure.
