含朱砂中成药中微量元素的含量分析

目的:分析含朱砂中成药中微量元素的含量并初步探讨这些中成药临床疗效与微量元素的关系。方法:样品经湿法消解后,采用ICP-OES法测定4种含朱砂中成药中微量元素的含量。结果:柏子养心丸、天王补心丸、补肾益脑丸、七厘胶囊等4种中成药均含有Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、B、As、Pb、Hg、Cd和Tl等12种微量元素,其中柏子养心丸与天王补心丸富含Fe、Mn元素,七厘胶囊的Fe、Mn、Zn、B、Cr、Co等元素的含量高于其他3种中成药。4种中成药的Hg元素含量均大大超出限量标准,补肾益脑丸富含Cu元素含量略超标。结论:这些中成药的疗效可能与其所含的微量元素相关,且临床使用应注意控制剂量以保证安全。

Determination And Analysis of Trace Elements in Five Different Chinese Traditional Patent Medicines Containing Vermilion

Objective: To determine the trace elements content in different Chinese traditional patent medicines containing vermilion.Method: After wet digestion,trace element contents of four samples were respectively determined by ICP-OES.Result: These medicines(Bozi Yangxinwan,Tianwang Buxinwan,Qili Jiaonang and Bushen Yinaowan) all contain Co,Cr,Cu,Mn,Fe,As,Zn,Tl,Cd,B,Hg and Pb.Hg element contents of these medicines were all out of limits.Qili Jiaonang has the highest Fe,Mn,Zn,B,Cr,Co content;Cu content of BuShen Yinaowan was slightly out of limit.Conclusion: The dose of these Chinese traditional patent medicines containing vermilion should be controlled and the curative effects of them may have relationship with the trace elements.
