中药有效成分治疗缺血性脑损伤的研究进展

近些年用来研究较多的中药防治缺血性脑损伤的代表性成分可分为生物碱类、黄酮类、皂苷类、多糖类、萜类及挥发油类和其他类。中药通过多途径、多靶点对缺血性脑损伤具有抑制自由基产生、细胞凋亡及减轻钙离子毒性等作用,从而减轻脑组织、神经等机体损伤。我国天然药物资源丰富,已有多种天然药物用于临床,从天然药物筛选有效成分也是目前新药研发的趋势。鉴于此,就近几年有关药材有效部位用于缺血性脑损伤的研究文献做一简单综述。

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Effective Contents Treating Ischemic Cerebral Injury

In recent years,typical effective contents of Chinese medicine for treating ischemic cerebral injury include alkaloids,flavonoid,saponins,polysaccharide,terpene,volatile oils and others.Chinese medicine can inhibit free radical generation,apoptosis and reduce toxicity of calcium ion by multi-ways and multi-targets when treating ischmeic cerebral injury so that it can relieve the damage of cerebral tissues as well as nerves.There are abundant resources of natural drugs in China and lots of them have been used in clinic.Screening effective contents from natural drugs has become the trend of research and development of new medicine.Thus,this article reviewed literatures about effective contents of Chinese medicine treating ischemic cerebral injury in recent years.
