| 摘 要： | 目的:建立桂枝茯苓胶囊60%乙醇处理液中苦杏仁苷的含量测定方法。方法:60%乙醇处理桂枝茯苓胶囊,HPLC法测定60%乙醇处理液中苦杏仁苷的浓度。结果:苦杏仁苷在0.3125～3.125μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),样品的平均回收率为99.23%,RSD=0.55%。结论:该方法简便,灵敏,重复性好,可作为桂枝茯苓胶囊乙醇处理液中苦杏仁苷的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination of amygdaloside in the extract of GZFL capsules of 60% ethanol.Methods:HPLC method was used.Results:Amygdaloside had a good linearity in the range of 0.3125~3.125μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.23%,RSD=0.55%.Conclusion:The method is convenient and accurate with good reproducibility,and it can be used to determinate Amygdaloside in extract of GZFL capsules of ethanol. |
