健脾化浊通络法配合口针疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

目的:观察健脾化浊通络法配合口针疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)的临床疗效。方法:将165例D-IBS患者随机分为4组,中药组40例口服自拟健脾化浊通络方;针刺组40例给予口针疗法;针药组45例给予口服自拟健脾化浊通络方配合口针疗法;对照组40例口服丽珠肠乐。4组均连续治疗4周后观察各组临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状积分及复发情况。结果:针药组总有效率与其余3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),其余3组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。针药组治疗前临床症状积分与其余3组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),4组治疗后临床症状评分分别与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01),治疗后针药组与其余3组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01);其余3组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。针药组复发次数及复发率与其余3组比较明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),其余3组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:健脾化浊通络法配合口针疗法治疗D-IBS有良好的临床疗效,且能明显降低患者复发率及复发次数。

Clinical Study on Spleen-Strengthening-Turbid-Resolving-Collaterals-Dredging Therapy Combined With Mouth Acupuncture Treating Diarrhea Type of IBS

Objective:The clinical effects of Jianpi Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with mouth acupuncture treating diarrhea type of IBS were observed.Methods:165 cases of D-IBS were randomly divided into four groups: 40 cases in Chinese medicine group were given Jianpi Huazhuo Tongluo Decoction orally;40 cases in acupuncture group were treated with mouth acupuncture;40 cases in drug and acupuncture group were given Jianpi Huazhuo Tongluo Decoction orally combined with mouth acupuncture;40 cases in control group were given Lizhu Changle orally.After four weeks continuous treatment,clinical effects including symptom scores and recurrence were compared.Results: The total effective rate of drug and acupuncture group was significantly different from other groups(P<0.05);the comparison among the other three groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,symptom score in drug and acupuncture group had no significant difference compared with other three groups(P>0.05);comparisons of symptom score before and after treatment in all four groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Recurrence of drug and acupuncture group had obviously decreased compared with other groups with significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference among the other three groups of recurrence(P>0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Huazhuo Tongluo Decoction combined with mouth acupuncture has good clinical effects on treating D-IBS and can obviously decreased recurrence times and rate.
