峨参提取物对肺癌细胞A549和H460增殖的抑制作用初步观察

摘    要:目的:观察峨参石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位提取物对肺癌细胞A549和H460增殖的抑制作用。方法:应用MTT比色法检测不同部位、不同浓度峨参提取物对肺癌细胞A549和H460增殖的抑制作用。结果:10~1000μg/mL的4个部位峨参提取物对体外培养的人肺癌细胞A549和H460的增殖具有抑制作用,其中石油醚部位、氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位提取物抑制作用更明显。结论:峨参不同部位提取物对肺癌细胞增殖具有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the inhibition of petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and butanol extracts of Anthriscus sylvestris(L.)Hoffm on the proliferation of lung cancer cell A549 and H460.Methods:To detect the inhibition effects of different parts with different concentrations Anthriscus extracts on the proliferation of lung cancer cell A549 and H460 by MTT assay.Result:4 parts of Anthriscus sylvestris extracts have inhibition effect on the proliferation of lung cancer cell A549 and H460 when concentrations are from 10 to 1000μg/mL,moreover,the extracts of petroleum ether,chloroform and ethyl acetate parts have more obvious evident inhibition.Conclusion:The extracts of different parts of Anthriscus have evident inhibition effect on the proliferation of lung cancer cell.
