建立分泌抗人精液抑制素杂交瘤细胞株及其单克隆抗体的研究

摘    要:用人精液抑制素免疫BALB/c小鼠的脾细胞与NS—1小鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合,获得4株分泌抗人精液抑制素单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,分别命名为IB10,IG5,IA4和IA6。其分泌抗元体均为IgG1型,均不与大鼠LH,FSH和PRL产生交叉反应,杂交瘤细胞染色体平均为86~103条。细胞经反复冻存、复苏和传代,仍稳定的分泌特异性抗体。

Abstract:The splencytes of BALB/c mice immunized with human semen inhibin(hIB)wereused to fuse with the myeloma cells of NS 1 mice,Four clones secreting anti-hIB McAb were ob-tained.They were named IB10,IG5,IA4 and IA6,Rospectively. All anti-hIB McAbs secreted from theclones were lgG1 subclass,and immunological cross reaction was not produced with rat LH,FSH andPRL,The mean of chromosmes of hybridoma cells was 86 103.After repeatedly frozen,thawed andpassaged,the four hybridoma cells were proved to be capable of secreting specific McAb stably.
