腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠患者中的应用效果及对患者伤口美观性的影响

目的 探究腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠患者中的应用效果及对患者伤口美观性的影响。方法 选取 2022年1月-11月于我院就诊的60例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象，根据手术方式不同分为对照组和观察 组，各30例。对照组行开腹手术，观察组行腹腔镜手术，比较两组疼痛情况、瘢痕宽度及厚度以及伤口 美容效果。结果 观察组术后3 d VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组伤口优良率 高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后3个月瘢痕的宽、厚度均优于对照组，差异有统 计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 异位妊娠患者选择腹腔镜下的手术方式，能够减轻术后伤口疼痛程度，促进 伤口愈合，提高美观度，降低瘢痕的宽度和厚度。

Application Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy and its Effect on Wound Aesthetics

Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with ectopic pregnancy and its effect on the wound aesthetics. Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different surgical methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group underwent laparotomy, and the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery. The pain, scar width and thickness and cosmetic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 3 days of operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of wound in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The width and thickness of scar in the observation group were better than those in the control group at 3 months after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy patients can reduce postoperative wound pain, promote wound healing, improve aesthetics, and reduce the width and thickness of scars.
