上颌前牙单牙即刻种植即刻修复的临床效果

目的 分析上颌前牙单牙即刻种植即刻修复的临床效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月因上 颌前牙单牙缺损于我院进行治疗的48例患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组 （n=24）与对照组（n=24）。对照组予以上颌前牙单牙延期种植延期修复，观察组予以上颌前牙单 牙即刻种植即刻修复，比较两组牙槽嵴宽度变化、探诊深度、软组织改良龈沟出血指数、红色美学指 数、种植成功率及种植满意度。结果 观察组治疗后12个月M4、M3、M2及M1牙槽嵴宽度均大于对照 组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后12个月探诊深度、软组织改良龈沟出血指数低于对照组，红色美学指数评分 高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组整体美观度、咀嚼功能、色泽各项评分及总分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）； 观察组种植成功率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 上颌前牙单牙即刻种植即刻修复上颌前牙单牙缺损的修 复效果确切，能够减少骨量吸收，有利于骨组织生长，同时改善植体周围软组织功能，能够在保证美观度 的情况下提高种植成功率，患者满意度较高。

Clinical Effect of Immediate Implant Restoration of Maxillary Anterior Teeth

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of immediate implant restoration of maxillary anterior teeth. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, 48 patients with single tooth defect of maxillary anterior teeth treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into observation group (n=24) and control group (n=24). The control group was given delayed implantation and delayed restoration of single maxillary anterior teeth, and the observation group was given immediate implant restoration of single maxillary anterior teeth. The changes of alveolar ridge width, probing depth, soft tissue modified gingival sulcus bleeding index, pink esthetic score, planting success rate and planting satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The alveolar ridge widths of M4, M3, M2 and M1 in the observation group were greater than those in the control group at 12 months after treatment (P<0.05). At 12 months after treatment, the probing depth and soft tissue modified gingival sulcus bleeding index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the pink esthetic score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of overall aesthetics, chewing function, color and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of implantation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Immediate implant restoration of single tooth in maxillary anterior teeth is effective in repairing single tooth defect in maxillary anterior teeth, which can reduce bone resorption, facilitate bone tissue growth, and improve soft tissue function around the implant. Meanwhile, it can improve the success rate of implantation while ensuring aesthetics, and the patient satisfaction is high.
