轻度认知障碍患者血清生化指标与认知损伤关系

摘    要:目的探讨轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者血清生化检测指标与认知损伤的关系。方法检测119MCI患者与232例认知正常人的血清生化指标,应用自制的危险因素调查表调查所有研究对象。采用病例对照的实验设计,通过计算相关指标的χ2值及P值,对MCI的危险因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示文化程度、饮酒、社交活动和谷氨酰转移酶差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析显示,较高的谷氨酰转移酶水平(OR=0.966,95%CI:0.936~0.998)和较高的文化程度是认知保护因素。结论较高的血清谷氨酰转移酶水平可能是MCI的保护因素,但该结论还需要更多研究证实。
