PBL与CBL整合式教学法在口腔临床实习中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨PBL与CBL整合式教学法在口腔临床实习中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月-2022年 6月于我院实习的84例口腔医学实习生为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对 照组实施常规教学法,观察组实施PBL与CBL整合式教学法,比较两组考试成绩、临床操作学习效果、带 教满意度。结果 观察组理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观 察组提升医患沟通能力、促进创新思维建立及提升临床操作实践能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意 义(P<0.05);观察组带教满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔临床实习带教中实施PBL与CBL整合式教学法,有助于提升实习生考试成绩,提高带教满意度。

Application of PBL and CBL Integrated Teaching Method in Oral Clinical Practice

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL and CBL integrated teaching method in oral clinical practice. Methods A total of 84 dental interns who practiced in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping method, with 42 dental interns in each group. The control group was given routine teaching method, and the observation group was given PBL and CBL integrated teaching method. The test scores, clinical operation learning effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of theoretical examination and operation examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of improving doctor-patient communication ability, promoting the establishment of innovative thinking and improving clinical operation practice ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than 80.95% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PBL and CBL integrated teaching method in oral clinical practice teaching is helpful to improve the examination results and satisfaction of teaching.
