优质护理干预对剖宫产产妇伤口美观及术后感染情况的影响

目的 分析优质护理干预对剖宫产产妇伤口美观及术后感染情况的影响。方法 选取2022年 2月-6月南京市妇幼保健院收治的实施剖宫产的150例产妇为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和 观察组，各75例。对照组实施常规围术期护理，观察组在对照组的基础上增加了优质护理干预，比较两组 伤口美观度、瘢痕的宽度和厚度、术后感染情况。结果 观察组术后伤口优良率为73.33%，高于对照组的 53.33%（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇术后瘢痕宽度和厚度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇术后感染发 生率为2.67%，低于对照组的10.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理干预在剖宫产产妇中的应用，改善了产妇 术后感染情况，减少了伤口瘢痕的宽度及厚度，提升了伤口的美观性。

Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Wound Aesthetics and Postoperative Infection in Parturients Undergoing Cesarean Section

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention on wound aesthetics and postoperative infection in parturients undergoing cesarean section. Methods A total of 150 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 75 parturients in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group added high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The wound aesthetics, scar width and thickness, and postoperative infection were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of postoperative wound in the observation group was 73.33%, which was higher than 53.33% in the control group (P<0.05). The width and thickness of postoperative scar in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 2.67%, which was lower than 10.67% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can improve the postoperative infection in parturients undergoing cesarean section, reduce the width and thickness of wound scar, and improve the wound aesthetics.
