果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗在寻常性痤疮患者中的效果

目的 探讨果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗寻常性痤疮的效果。方法 选取我所2020年6月-2022年6月收治的70例寻常性痤疮患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组予以果酸治疗，观察组予以果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮肤油脂含量、角质层含水量以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%，高于对照组的82.86%（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后皮肤油脂含量低于对照组，角质层含水量高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为2.86%，低于对照组的17.14%（P＜0.05）。结论 果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗寻常性痤疮具有较好效果，在改善患者临床症状同时，药物的不良反应少，安全性高。

Effect of Glycolic Acid Combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride in Patients with Acne Vulgaris

Objective To investigate the efficacy of glycolic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 70 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with glycolic acid, and the observation group was treated with glycolic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride. The clinical efficacy, skin oil content, stratum corneum water content and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 82.86% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the skin oil content of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the water content of the stratum corneum was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.86%, which was lower than 17.14% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Glycolic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride has a good effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris, which can improve the clinical symptoms, with lesser adverse reactions and higher safety
