| 摘 要： | 目的：探索循证护理一例老年褥疮的方法。方法：据该病人情况,提出临床问题,用主题“bedsore treatment or prevention”检索Cochrane图书馆（2002年第2期）、Medline(1996-2002.4)Sumsearch获得相关证据。结果：从Cochrane图书馆上检索到系统评价（systematic review,SR)3个。从Medline检索到Meta－分析3个,随机对照试验（randomized controlled trials,RCT)38个。从Sumsearch上检索到SR3个,RCT91个。
