灯盏花素在心脑血管疾病中的药理作用研究进展

灯盏花是云南特色的野生天然药用植物。灯盏花具有活血化瘀、舒筋、止痛、改善微循环的特殊功效,市场前景广阔,有较高的经济价值。灯盏花经提取后的总黄酮为灯盏花素,是灯盏花的主要活性成分。本文对有关灯盏花素的提取分离方法、结构修饰及其在心脑血管疾病方面的药理作用进行综述。

Pharmacologic Action of Breviscapine in Cardio-cerebrovascular Disease

Herba Erigerontis is a characteristic and wild medicinal plant of Yunnan province. It has exceptional power in activating blood and dissolving stasis, tendon relaxtion and improving microcireulation. Erigeron Breviscapus has a big market with higher economic value. Flavones which is the major effective component in plants of Erigeron Breviscapus was called Breviseapine. This article reviewed the research progress of Breviscapine in the extraction methods, structural modification and pharmacological effects in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in recent years.
