| 摘 要： | 我院于1982年4月对1436例高龄干部和高级知识分子进行前列腺病况调查,结果直肠指检前列腺增生的检出率为63.4%,其中有排尿困难症状者占68.2%。灰阶超声图对前列腺增生的检出率为82.9%,其中有临床症状者占52.2%。B型超声波对中叶增生的诊断有特殊意义。

| Abstract: | In april 1982 a survey on prostaticdiseases among 1436 aged cadres and se-inor ntiellectuals was made. 979 case (ca.68.2%) complained to have difficulties inmicturition. The incidence of benign pro-static hyberplasia as revealed by rectalpalpation was 63.4%. Grey Scale Ultra-sonography revealed an incidence of 82.9%,of which 52.2% was symptomatic. Theauthor deemed that the latter method ofexamination was more sensitive for thedetection of hyperplasia of the medianlobe of the prostate. |
