| 摘 要： | 在培养的猪肺动脉平滑肌细胞上观察内皮素-1 对第二信使系统的影响。实验发现内皮素-1促进肺动脉平滑肌细胞内钙释放,继之以外钙内流;使三磷酸肌醇骤增后下降;对细胞内环腺苷酸和环鸟苷酸量无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Endothelin-1, the most potent vasoconstrictor ever known, evoked two phase responses in [Ca2 ]i in single pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell (PAMC), an initial Ca2 release from intracellular calcium pool which might be mobilized by IP3, and the plateform elevation derived from Ca2 influx. It induced a transient increase of IP3 and exerted no remarkable influence on cGMP and cAMP in PASMC. |
