东莞东华医院1403株常见病原菌对抗生素耐药分析

摘    要:目的:调查分析东莞市综合性医院临床分离常见病原菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性状况,为合理使用抗生素控制感染提供依据。方法:药敏试验按NCCLS规定,采用纸片法检测常用抗菌药对临床分离革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性球菌的耐药性。结果:分离出的1403菌株位居前6位的依次为大肠埃希菌、溶血葡萄球菌、铜绿假单孢菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。对抗生素耐药性检测结果显示,革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星和特治星最为敏感。革兰阳性球菌除4株肠球菌对万古霉素耐药外,未发现耐万古霉素的葡萄球菌菌株。结论:定期系统地进行细菌耐药性监测,掌握细菌耐药的最新动态,对抗生素的合理使用十分必要。

Abstract:Objective:The antibiotics resistance of common bacteria isolated in a general hospital in Dongguan was studied to establish a principle of using antibiotics correctly. Methods: According to NCCLS provision,the slip method was used to test the antibiotic resistance in the G- bacilli and G+ cocci. Results: 1403 strains were isolated. The first six prevailing strains were Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus Haemolyticus, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Staphylococcus Epidermidis, Staphlyococcus Aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae. As the results trom antibiotic resistance, Imipenem, Amikacin and Tazobactan are most effective for G- bacilli. Vancomycin was still effective to G+ cocci despite four strains of antibiotic resistance. Conclusion: Our results suggested that regular and systematic surveillance of antibiotics resistance is important to keep abreast of new development of antibiotics resistance and to improve the effect of antibiotics.
