| 摘 要： | 核心结合因子α1(Cbfa1)是成骨细胞发生和分化的特异性转录因子,能够诱导多潜能间充质细胞向成骨细胞表型分化,并激活骨钙蛋白、Ⅱ型胶原蛋白、骨桥蛋白、骨涎蛋白等成骨基因转录.成纤维细胞生长因子、骨形态发生蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α、糖皮质激素地塞米松、雌激素受体调节剂等多种因子和激素可上调或抑制Cbfa1的表达.随着深入的...
