| 摘 要： | 目的评价天水市结核病患病情况及流行特征。方法采用分层整群等比例随机抽样方法共抽取5769例,所有应检人口均应进行症状调查并拍摄胸片。结果抽检对象5769例,拍摄胸片5647例,拍片率为97.89%;直接查痰122例,受检率为97.50%;接受知晓率调查为5769例,总知晓率为48.76%;发现活动性肺结核病人15例,其中涂阳病人5例,肺结核病人患病率为260.01/10万,涂阳患者率为86.67/10万。结论天水市肺结核疫情有所下降。
