| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经皮椎体成形术(perculaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)在治疗老年性骨质疏松症性椎体压缩性骨折(opressed vertebral compression fractures,OVCF)中的应用及临床疗效.方法 选取老年外伤性骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩性骨折34例,其中:采用PVP技术治疗(PVP组)16例,手术均在C臂监视下完成,术后给予临床观察和随诊;保守治疗组18例给予保守治疗.结果 PVP组术后腰背部疼痛均有缓解,治疗前后VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后VAS、PVP组比保守治疗组明显降低(P<0.05).结论 PVP治疗老年OVCF可快速缓解疼痛症状,临床疗效良好,是治疗OVCF的理想方法之一.
