| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)对肝癌细胞多药耐药基因表达产物P糖蛋白(P-GP)的表达影响,P-GP和肝癌预后的关系,从耐药基因角度评价TACE对肝癌治疗的价值.方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测30例肝动脉栓塞化疗后二期切除的原发性肝癌(HCC)及癌旁组织中P-GP的表达情况,并以本课题前期研究的30例未经TACE治疗的HCC及癌旁组织中P-GP表达情况作对照.结果 TACE后P-GP在HCC和癌旁组织中阳性率分别为93.3%(28/30)、56.7%(17/30),与未做TACE的阳性率83.3%(25/30)、30.0%(9/30)]相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).P-GP阳性病例比P-GP阴性病例生存时间短,P-GP表达不同的肝细胞肝癌病人的生存时间有差别(P<0.05).结论 P-GP参与介导HCC的多药耐药,TACE后肝癌细胞P-GP表达阳性率明显增高,TACE后导致继发性多药耐率增高.P-GP的表达有一定的预后判断意义.
