| 摘 要： | 目的分析慢性肺源性心脏病患者的心率变异性改变的临床意义。方法经动态心电图、血气分析检查,选取肺心病缓解期、急性期与正常受试者各42例,采用时域法分析其HRV的改变。结果肺心病组HRV均较对照组降低,且重症肺心病随血氧分压下降、二氧化碳分压升高,各参数下降更明显。结论肺心病患者HRV的改变在预测其心电变化指导临床治疗提供了重要的指标。
