Research progress on problems and countermeasures of professional development of nurses in China

This paper discusses the problems existing in the professional development of specialized nurses in China and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. From the problems, positive countermeasures are put forward, including promoting the development of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode, establishing and improving the post management and use system of specialist nurses, integrating college resources, improving the overall quality of specialist nurses, enhancing their social recognition and providing guidance for professional nurses'' career planning. It provides the theoretical basis for constructing the professional development planning system of specialized nurses and guarantees the stable development of the specialized nursing team.
