达芬奇机器人辅助单侧肺移植患者术后重症监护

摘    要:总结1例达芬奇机器人辅助单侧肺移植术后患者重症监护经验。护理要点包括移植肺机械通气管理;严格限制患者液体入量,尤其注重控制隐形液体入量;进行规范的抗感染及免疫抑制治疗;早期行肠内营养支持和肺功能康复锻炼。患者入住重症监护室15 d后转至普通病房,继续住院治疗观察4 d后,顺利康复出院。

Intensive care of a patient after unilateral lung transplantation assisted by Leonardo Da Vinci robot

Abstract:To summarize the nursing experience of a patient in intensive care unit after unilateral lung transplantation assisted by Leonardo Da Vinci robot. The key points of nursing included mechanical ventilation management of transplanted lung;strictly limitation of fluid intake, especially pay attention to controlling the amount of invisible fluid; standard anti-infective and immunosuppressive therapy; early enteral nutrition support and pulmonary function rehabilitation exercise. After being admitted to the ICU for 15 days, the patient was transferred to the general ward and was successfully discharged after 4 days of hospitalization and observation.
