彩色多普勒血流显像诊断下肢深静脉血栓病变

目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓的超声特点。方法对19例超声拟诊为下肢深静脉血栓的病例进行回顾性研究,全部病例经X线血管造影而确诊。结果初步探讨了不同形态、不同类型的血栓对血管的阻塞及受累情况的超声特点,其准确率为96%、敏感性100%,血栓检出率及定位准确性分别为88%和100%。结论彩色多普勒血流显像为临床的观察、诊治及病变的预后提供了重要的客观依据,具有无创、实时、安全可靠的特点,是诊断下肢深静脉血栓病变的较为理想的方法。

Color doppler flow imaging of deep venous thrombus in lower extremitiy

Objective To study lower extremity deep venous thrombi by CDFI. Methods 19 cases with lower extremity deep venous thrombi, diagnosed by angiography, were further examined by CDFI. Results The echographic features of different shapes and types of the obstructed vessels as well as the devastated vessels were all clearly displayed. The accuracy, sensitivity, detecting rates and localization rate of the thrombus were 96%, 100%, 88%and 100%respectively. Conclusion CDFI as a non invasive and realtime method, is better than angiography in diagnosing lower extremity deep venous thrombi.
